“The Sound of Silence“, originally “The Sounds of Silence“, is a song by the American music duo Simon & Garfunkel. Garfunkel once summed up the song’s meaning as “the inability of people to communicate with each other, not particularly internationally but especially emotionally, so what you see around you are people unable to love each other.”
Center for Victims Board Member and longtime ally David Spurgeon was sworn in as a Judge for the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas on Monday following a unanimous vote by the state Senate.
